Color Coming Soon

For my post today I wanted to talk about the new skills that I will be trying to add to my arsenal for the remainder of the summer. With Photoshop and Illustrator pretty much under my belt in terms of understanding, I wanted to try and expand to skills outside the realm of 2D image creation. Over these past few weeks, my interest in alternative art forms has been growing and growing. So the skills I will start to try and master are 3D modeling and cinematography.

The first of the two, 3D modeling, has been a long-term dream of mine to learn. After seeing the fantastic work of Beeple_crap, Fvckrender, Aeforia, and Catello come across my Instagram feed, I've decided I really want to dive headfirst into 3d modeling and see what I can come up with. Definitely, expect a blog post in the future dedicated to my start in this art form.

The second skill, cinematography, is another one of those skills that have always peaked my interest but I never really had the courage to pursue an idea that I had. However, today during my car ride home, I came up with an idea that I couldn't possibly pass up like my others. With the software to make video being a bit cheaper than the programs for 3D modeling, you will most likely see a video project before a 3D one!

Overall, I am super pumped to get started and can't wait to see what I come up with. So stay tuned to make sure you don't miss anything that's about to happen!
