In today's age of media, there are just so many different ways to view and take in content. The television, and by this I mean cable, is no longer the go-to source for entertainment. Traditional cable, in general, is just dying very, very quickly. In my opinion, this is due mainly to younger generations have so many better options for entertainment. Whether that be through Netflix, Hulu, PlayStation Vue, Twitch, Twitter, or even Vine (rest in peace), these younger people, myself included, have instant access to content. While all the services mentioned above are great, my absolute personal favorite platform that I could not possibly live without is a little site called YouTube.

I love this platform so much because of just how incredibly vast its content is. If you want to watch the best play from every NBA finals game single 2000, boom, just search and there it is. If you want to know how to fix your powered window so you don't have to take it to a repair shop, you have hundreds of videos to choose from. Even if you wanted to watch the new E3 trailer for Fallout 76 100 times to make sure you didn't miss any details, feel free. There is just so many different types of entertainment at the tip of your fingers that you don't really need to go anywhere else. However, even with so many options, I have a few favorite channels that I go to regularly for my entertainment every day. Today I will talk about my top two and tomorrow I will talk about many more!

Channel 1. Funhaus Funhaus is a channel dedicated to video games and just nerd culture in general! With the main cast being Adam Kovic, Bruce Greene, Lawrence Sonntag, James Willems, Elyse Willems, and Matt Peake, the group has many different singles. My favorite of them all includes the beloved Demo Disk, the Google Trends Show, The Dude Soup Podcast, and Open Haus. The entire channel is just filled with hilarious moments and pretty insightful info and discussions about video games, movies, YouTube, and so much more. If you're pretty nerdy like I am, definitely check them out!

Channel 2. Jacksfilms Jacksfilms, run by Jack Douglass, is a comedy channel that prides itself as being on the top of meme culture. Jack himself is just so incredibly funny and just really knows how to make people laugh. His two most popular series on his channel include YIAY, or Yesterday I Asked You, and Jack Ask. Both use user submitted answers to answer a question of some kind. His delivery and reactions to the answers are what make it amazing!
