Creative block is on of the most frustrating feelings to have as a designer. It makes you feel as if there is nothing else to make, nothing really good enough. And in my short design career so far I have definitely had my fair share of moments where not a single idea comes to mind. However, good things came from these moments! Because without them, I would have never found some of my largest inspirations. So for today's post, I wanted to share with you guys my top 3 people who give me the most inspiration whenever I smack into that big block.

SlimeSunday is easily one of the greatest designer on Earth in my opinion. He was one of the first people I found in the aesthetic Instagram art world and is definitely my favorite. When I first came across his work I was just in aw. His style is just so unique and mesmerizing. It is just so cool! My favorite thing about his work is his sort of focus on eyes and just the face in general. Whether it be water pouring out of a pair of sunglasses or a cloud of smoke replacing somebody's head, his designs just in a weird way make complete sense. I would say that SlimeSunday is where I got my own sort of obsession with how the face can be distorted yet still be recognizable and cool to look at.

If anything of what I just said seems like "Wait what?," then definitely check out and follow him of Instagram, you will not regret it!

Ditty.me is another artist I found on Instagram and one of the first people I got to talk to in this Instagram community I have found myself in. Unlike Slimesunday, Ditmar's specialty lies in creating the most impressive and insanely cool posters. They are just so detailed and incredibly well organized. And don't even get me started on how amazing his typography is. Just the words he chooses and how he lays them out across the artwork is matched by no other. Thanks to him, I really started paying attention to how I was organizing my designs which really brought me to another level! Also, due to how cool his recent post have been and the fact that he posted a challenge the other day, you can expect a Ditty.me inspired post very soon!

Dorian Legret is, again, a artist I found on Instagram that just blew me away. His style deals heavily with really cool uses of gradients and textures, and sculpture. I honestly catch myself looking at his work for like 20 minutes everyday because it is just so incredibly cool to look at. The way he is able to combine colors with one another and integrate them models and objects is at a level I wish to be at. He is really where I got my love for gradients from. Ever since seeing his work, I always try implements some sort of gradient or color mapping to my pieces. Also, I have to say his use of sculpture really got me hooked too! For some reason, sculptures are just so fun to distort or recolor.

Overall, I don't think I could put into words how cool some of his posts are, so please give them a look as well!
